How to make the best easy hibachi chicken recipe with your Blackstone griddle grill! Seasoned with a garlic butter soy sauce seasoning, you’ll never eat hibachi another way!

This Blackstone hibachi chicken is so good!
We hosted a Blackstone hibachi party and made all types of hibachi on our griddle grill all at once. Of course we had the classic chicken hibachi, but we also made vegetables, shrimp, and steak too.
Since we made this to serve a group, we made each hibachi item separately. This recipe features primarily the chicken, but we’ll link to our hibachi veggies, steak bites, and shrimp too!

What you’ll need
- boneless skinless chicken breast – chicken thighs or chicken tenderloins will work too
- unsalted butter – we used unsalted since the soy sauce already has a lot of sodium. Feel free to use salted butter if that’s what you have!
- avocado oil – a high heat oil live avocado or canola are our faves
- sesame oil
- minced garlic
- soy sauce– wheat free tamari would work great too
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Yum yum or siracha sauces for serving – use your favorite store bought dipping sauces here

How to make Hibachi chicken on a griddle grill
- Preheat griddle on low until it reaches a temperature of about 425 degrees F.
- Prepare all the ingredients for cooking. Place your spices and condiments within reach (but far enough from the Blackstone to not melt the containers).
- Pour the avocado and sesame oils onto the grill and quickly mix together with a spatula.
- Add the chicken breast cubes to the oil and butter mixture ensuring that the pieces are separated from one another.
- Allow the chicken cook for approximately 2 minutes and then add the minced garlic, butter and soy sauce to the chicken and mix together. Continue to sauté the chicken until the sauce has slightly thickened (approximately 2-3 minutes) and the chicken is cooked through.
- Top with siracha, yum yum sauce or your other favorite sauce. Enjoy!

Notes
Clean the grates of the smoker prior to use. Always ensure your pellet grill is well stocked with enough pellets to complete the cook at hand and serviced in accordance with the owner’s manual (including appropriate cleaning).
